Visiting Hours

  • Weekdays: 15:00 - 16:00
  • Saturday: 14:00 - 15:00
  • Sunday: 13:00 - 14:00

Visitors are not allowed outside the designated visiting hours.

Meal Times

  • Breakfast: 07:30 - 08:30
  • Lunch: 12:00 - 13:00
  • Dinner: 17:00 - 18:00

Meals are not served outside the specified hours.

General Rules

  • Bringing outside food and drinks is prohibited.
  • Smoking and speaking loudly are not allowed in our clinic.
  • Please keep your phones on silent mode and avoid loud conversations.
  • Visiting time is limited to 15 minutes.
  • Pets are not allowed in our clinic.
  • Do not damage hospital property.

Patient Safety and Privacy

  • Respect the privacy of patients and their relatives.
  • Patients should report their valuable belongings to the ward nurse for safekeeping.
  • Patients must inform the ward nurse before leaving the clinic.
  • Avoid direct contact with patients and handle medical supplies with care.

Hygiene Rules

  • Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after visits.
  • Wear a mask and cap when necessary.

Information

  • Who can receive information about the patient’s health? Only first-degree relatives of the patient.
  • Which patients should not be visited? Patients with contagious diseases transmitted by contact or respiratory routes.
  • Who should not visit? Individuals with contagious diseases (e.g., viral infections).
